Refund policy

Returns

To create a return, please email us on info@defied.uk with the order number and item details you wish to return and reason why. The return label will be emailed to you with instructions.

UK Returns: We offer free UK returns within 14 days of receipt of your order and must comply with the "RETURNS POLICY".

International Returns: All returns must be paid for by you. You must contact DEFIED on the email address above and inform us of any items you are returning and your reason why, with your proof of postage within 14 days from when you received your order. You are responsible for the safe tracked return of any items. We cannot be held responsible or take any liability for lost or damaged returns. This is your responsibility to arrange a secure and safe return for a full refund. We recommend a tracked delivery service.

Refunds

Any refunds made will be within 10 working days from the day we receive the item back provided it adheres to the "RETURN POLICY" (see below). If you contact us after 14 days we cannot guarantee the refund for the returned item. Reimbursement on all returns will only be made back to the original payment method.

We will only refund items on delivery if they are unworn, not damaged and in original saleable condition complete with all security tags intact. If the return doesn’t arrive, or comes back damaged, no refund will be paid and it will be returned to you.

To receive a refund, the returned item must adhere to our returns policy. 

We ask you to check all items upon receipt BEFORE removing the original tags.

All return items to be returned in their original packaging to ensure protection in transit.

Returns Policy

All returns must be unworn unused and in its original condition complete with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of delivery. 

If the item is returned without the original tags attached, it does not adhere to our returns policy and will not be refunded.
